How to create a new user in Mobiloan?

Step 1: Create the User Profile

  1. Navigate to the Maintenance Menu and select the User option.

  2. Select the "New User" option.

  3. Fill in the required fields:

    • ID Number (for SA Citizens) or select "Foreigner" if applicable.

    • First Name and Surname.

    • Employee Number (Optional).

    • Cellphone Number.

    • Email Address (Optional).

    • Role – Choose an appropriate role from the dropdown.

  4. Add a Profile Picture by selecting "Take Photo" or "Select Photo."

  5. Click Next to proceed.


Step 2: Assign Branch Access

  1. On the Access page, select the branches the user should have access to.

  2. You can:

    • Check "Select All" to grant access to all available branches.

    • Manually select specific branches by checking individual boxes.

  3. Click Save to complete the user creation process.

After saving, the new user will be successfully added to the system and will have access based on their assigned role and branch permissions.
