Software Onboarding and Training
At Mobiloan, we strongly recommend that the initial onboarding, system setup, and training be conducted in person over a two-day session at our official head office located in Hilton, KwaZulu-Natal. Face-to-face engagement ensures a more immersive, hands-on experience and allows for more efficient troubleshooting, immediate feedback, and tailored guidance during the critical early stages of implementation.
Virtual Training Option for Travel-Constrained Clients
If travel is not feasible, we are able to facilitate a virtual training program spread over a two-week period via Google Meet. This allows flexibility while ensuring the training remains interactive and effective.
However, to ensure a smooth and productive virtual experience, the following minimum technical and environmental requirements must be met prior to the commencement of training:
Stable Internet Connection Each participant must have access to a reliable internet connection with minimum speeds of 20 Mbps for both download and upload to support video conferencing and screen sharing without interruption.
Individual Laptop or Desktop Setup Every trainee must join the session using their own laptop or desktop computer equipped with a functional microphone and camera. Built-in microphones and webcams on most laptops are generally sufficient, but external devices may be used if preferred.
Quiet, Professional Environment Participants should attend the training from a quiet, office-like setting free from background noise and distractions. This helps maintain focus and ensures clear communication throughout the sessions.
Meeting these requirements will help create an environment conducive to successful training and knowledge transfer.

Debit order creation and management, supporting multiple modes (e.g., ACOL DebiCheck, Sure Debit, Sure TMCT, SEFT, and Registered Mandates) ✅

All these services and their associated workflows are executed within the LMS through Amplifin Integration Users, which are created and managed by the Amplifin Support team.
Note: A valid Amplifin subscription is required to access these features. Without it, the services listed above will not be available in the application.

You can migrate existing client data using your Amplifin subscription and Allps Branch Code.
What's compatible with Mobiloan:
Automated Import ✅
Client profiles sync nightly from Allps-i.
Missing client information is automatically detected and imported.
Manual Import Required ⚠️
Addresses, areas, agents, employers, and notes
Use our pre-formatted spreadsheet template.
Not Included ❌
Loan Transaction History - We encourage users to settle all outstanding balances in the previous system before migration. You will need to create new loans in Mobiloan and facilitate clients to clear any overdue balances before transitioning to Mobiloan. This process ensures that the previous system is completely cleared of any pending dues.
SACCRA SRN Number
One of the key regulatory processes involves submitting credit data to the South African Credit and Risk Reporting Association (SACRRA), a central organization that facilitates the exchange of consumer credit information among registered credit providers and credit bureaus.
If you choose to apply for a Mobiloan subscription, we will need specific company credentials, including the official registration number, to generate the SACCRA SRN Number necessary for this process.
