How to update the status of a collection ticket?

Simply select the "close" " option located in the panel of options and select a corresponding status.

Select the New Status dropdown
Select a new collection status.

Collection Ticket Statuses:

Each collection ticket reflects a specific status based on the current outstanding balance and due dates. Knowing what these statuses mean is crucial for efficient collection management.

New

New Ticket that has only been created recently.

Actioned

Ticket has been actioned previously

Rescheduled

The debit order has been rescheduled.

Cancelled

Collection Ticket Cancelled

Discounted

The principal collection amount has been discounted.

Suspended Temporarily

Ticket has been suspended for the day (used to bypass the block when creating a new loan).
