If you're using a recent version of Android (such as Android 11 or later), you can grant permissions like Storage and Camera to the "Mobiloan" app manually via the Settings menu.
1. Open the Settings App
Tap on the Settings app on your Android device. (This is usually represented by a gear icon in your app drawer or on the home screen.)
2. Go to App Management
Scroll down and tap on Apps or Apps & Notifications (the exact name may vary depending on your device manufacturer).
Tap on See All Apps or Manage Apps to view a list of all installed applications.
3. Locate the "Mobiloan" App
In the list of apps, scroll to find Mobiloan.
Tap on Mobiloan to open its App Info page.
4. Access Permissions
On the App Info page, locate and tap Permissions.
5. Grant Storage Permission
Look for Storage in the list of available permissions.
If it is listed under "Denied" permissions:
Tap Storage.
Select Allow Access to Media Only (or Allow All Files Access, depending on your Android version).
6. Grant Camera Permission
Return to the permissions list.
Locate Camera.
If it is listed under "Denied" permissions:
Tap Camera.
Select Allow Only While Using the App or Ask Every Time, depending on your preference.
7. Confirm the Changes
Go back to ensure both Storage and Camera are now listed under "Allowed" permissions.
Temporary Permissions: On newer Android versions, you can grant temporary permissions by selecting Ask Every Time for certain sensitive permissions like Camera.
Reset Permissions: If permissions are not working correctly, you can reset them by tapping Reset App Preferences in the Apps section of the Settings app.
Open the "Mobiloan" app.
Test its functionality to ensure it can access the Camera (e.g., for document scanning) and Storage (e.g., for saving files or attachments).
