Mobiloan enhances account security by offering two types of Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) in addition to the standard User ID and Password login method:
1. One-Time PIN (OTP) Authentication
After entering their username and password, the user will be prompted to verify their identity by receiving a one-time PIN (OTP) via SMS.
The user must enter the received OTP within the login screen.
If the entered code matches the one sent, access to the system will be granted.
2. Surephrase Authentication
Users must set up an 8-character Surephrase (either a word or a numeric passphrase).
During login, the system will randomly prompt the user to enter specific characters from their Surephrase.
If the entered characters match the registered Surephrase, the user will be granted access.

Important: MFA settings are configured at the role level rather than for individual users. To enable MFA for a specific role:
Navigate to Setup > Role
Select the desired Role
Go to the User Tab (as shown in the screenshot below)
To enable OTP authentication: Toggle "Device Authorization" ON
To enable Surephrase authentication: Toggle "Surephrase Required" ON
Once enabled, all users assigned to the selected role will be required to authenticate using the chosen MFA method.
