Authorization Methods for Bank Account Access
Mobiloan ensures secure authorization of bank accounts using two methods:
USSD Authorization
This method is ideal when the client has a working mobile number linked to their bank account.
The client receives a one-time verification code via SMS, which they must enter in Mobiloan to complete the authentication process.
Banking App Authorization
Clients can authorize access through their banking app, using a familiar and secure process.
Regardless of the method chosen, the client must still enter their bank login credentials within Mobiloan for an added layer of security.
Remote Authorization via SMS Link
In cases where a client cannot complete the authorization process in person, Mobiloan allows users to send an SMS link to the client. This link directs them to the login page, where they can approve the authorization remotely. This feature provides added flexibility, ensuring that loan processing is not delayed due to authentication issues.
By following these steps, users can efficiently retrieve and authorize electronic bank statements within Mobiloan while maintaining security and compliance.
