When an issue occurs, sending a diagnostic report helps our support team quickly identify the cause. This report highlights specific lines of code, making it easier to pinpoint breakpoints or errors affecting the system. Follow the steps below to generate and upload a diagnostic report.
Tap on the Hamburger menu (three dots) located in the top-right corner of the screen.
From the dropdown menu, select the Diagnostic option.
While still on the Diagnostics screen, tap the Hamburger menu (three dots) again.
Select Upload Report from the menu.
The report will be uploaded automatically for review.
Once the report is uploaded, support teams will be able to analyze the data and assist you further.
