Why do outgoing voice calls go directly to voicemail?

There are several possible reasons why outgoing voice calls may go straight to voicemail, and it is not necessarily due to an issue with our third-party service provider, Sudonum. However, if you suspect that Sudonum is down, please contact our support team, and we will escalate the issue accordingly.

To confirm whether Sudonum is experiencing downtime, check the following:

• If all voice calls have suddenly stopped working.

• Visit Mobiloan's third-party status page and check if Sudonum is currently reported as down :

• Ensure that the "My Number" field in the Voice Call screen is correct and reachable.
