How to view a summary of collection tickets?

From a managerial point of view, the number of collection tickets assigned per category can be overwhelming. For better analysis of the current state of your collection, we suggest using the Collection Summary feature.

Accessing the Collection Summary Feature

To access the Collection Summary feature, follow these steps:

  1. Select the dropdown arrow.

  2. Choose the "Collection Summary" option.

Using the Collection Summary Feature

Once you select the "Collection Summary" option, you will be presented with a dialog box prompting you to choose a grouping for your collection ticket totals. Available grouping options include:

  • Area

  • Assignee

  • Repayment Type

  • Branch

Viewing Collection Summary Results

After selecting a grouping, the system will display a summary table showing the total count of collection tickets for each selected group.
