How to Generate an Enrollment Link for a New Device

To use the app on a device for the first time, you need to generate an enrollment link. This process was covered during your initial onboarding training. Follow these steps to generate the link:

1. Navigate to the Maintenance menu and select Device.

2. Click on New Device.

3. Enter the relevant details for the new device.

1. Choose a preferred sharing method:

   • Local: Displays the link and QR code on the screen, allowing you to copy and paste it as needed.

   • Email: Sends the enrollment link directly to the user. Ideal when enrolling another user.

   • SMS: Sends the enrollment link via text message to the user.

Once you've filled in the details, select a share method and press Submit.

Note: To re-enroll an existing device, locate it in the devices table, select it, and click on the Share Enrollment option.
