How do I reset my login password?

If you need to reset your password, you can do so by following these steps:

1. Navigate to Maintenance Menu >> User.

2. Locate your user.

3. Select the Access Tab and select the Reset optionsbutton

If you've forgotten your password, you can obtain it by following these steps:

1. Click the "Forgot Password" link to initiate the recovery process.

2. Enter your 13-digit operator ID.

3. Click "Next" to send the password via SMS to your registered cellphone number.

4. If your cellphone number has changed, contact an operator with maintenance rights for an update before requesting a password reset.
