Hardware requirements and device specifications
To ensure smooth operation and system compatibility, Mobiloan recommends the following minimum hardware and device specifications for each supported platform
Windows PC or laptops
Operating System
Windows 10 and 11 are supported.
Recommended Specifications
Minimum of 4GB RAM.
Android cellphones or tablets
Models
Any mainstream device from a reputable manufacturer such as Samsung, Xiaomi, Lenovo, Huawei etc.
Android Version
Version 5.1 minimum (8.0 or above recommended).
Specifications
Minimum of 2GB RAM and 1.4GHz processor
Screen Space
A large tablet (10 inches) is recommended. For mobile devices, a minimum of 5.5 inches is recommended.
iPhone or iPad
Device Model
iPhone X upwards or iPad Air 3 and newer.
Operating System
We support the 3 latest iOS/iPadOS versions. Currently, iOS/iPadOS 11.0 and above are compatible. For optimal performance, use version 14.0 or later.
Support for iOS versions 11, 12 and 13 will be dropped in the near future. ⚠️

Operating System
macOS High Sierra or later
Internet Requirements
To ensure optimal performance, Mobiloan requires a stable internet connection. We recommend a minimum download and upload speed of 10 Mbps. For the best experience, a speed of 50 Mbps or higher is ideal. A reliable connection is essential for full access to all Mobiloan features.
