How to Resubmit a Loan to SACCRA?

Sometimes the loan account status or outstanding balance displayed at the Credit Bureau may not accurately reflect the most recent updates made in Mobiloan. This mismatch can occur for several reasons and is usually resolved with a resubmission.

Why This Happens ?

  1. Skipped Submissions to SACCRA

    • On occasion, updated loan data might not reach the Credit Bureau because the file was skipped during the scheduled SACCRA submissions.

  2. Delays in the Upstream Reporting Portal

    • More commonly, the issue arises due to delays or malfunctions on the bureau’s processing side, which prevents the data from updating in real-time.

If you find that the bureau still shows outdated loan information:

  1. Initiate a Manual Resubmission in Mobiloan

    • In Mobiloan, from the Loan Menu (see screenshot below), trigger a manual resubmission of the client’s loan record to SACCRA.

  1. Allow Processing Time

  • After the resubmission, wait at least 48 hours before performing another credit inquiry.

  • This buffer gives the Credit Bureau sufficient time to process and update their records.

Verifying File Submissions

If you would like to confirm whether the updated loan file was submitted successfully on the day of update (or for a closure):

  • Use the SACCRA File Download Tool available in the Advanced Reporting Module.

  • This feature allows you to:

    • Download specific daily submission files.

    • Verify whether the file containing your loan update was successfully uploaded to SACCRA.
