How to configure automatic write-offs and havnd-overs?

To configure automation for handovers and write-off status changes, navigate to: Setup Menu → Configuration Options → Adverse Tab

Within this section, you’ll be able to:

  • Set the earliest permissible period for both automatic handovers and write-offs

  • Specify the day of the month when the automation should run

  • Select the branches for which these automation features should be enabled
