How to load a dual debit order?

You can set up a dual debit order by enabling two active bank accounts on a client’s profile. This is how it works

Automatic Handling During Collection:

  • Debit orders are submitted to both accounts at the same time.

  • If one debit succeeds and the other fails, the repayment schedule is updated with the successful debit.

  • If both succeed, the system automatically prevents over-collection and reconciles or refunds the duplicate payment—maintaining accuracy and client trust.

Enabling the feature

This can be done in the Category Setup

Adding a dual bank account

Consultants can add and activate a secondary bank account. Both accounts may be flagged as eligible for dual deductions.
