How to upload documents using whatsapp?

Navigate to the Client’s Document Page

• From the Client/Loan menu, open the Documents tab.

• Alternatively, within the New Loan process, navigate to Document Capture.

👉Click on the WhatsApp documents button..

A new popup will appear with QR code and share link options. The popup screen provides multiple ways to initiate the upload:

• 📱 Scan QR Code – Ask the client to open WhatsApp on their phone and scan the QR code.

• 🔗 Share Link – Alternatively, copy the auto-generated WhatsApp link and send it to the client.

On the client’s phone:

1. Client opens WhatsApp (via QR or shared link).

2. They follow the guided WhatsApp flow:

   • Select the document type.

   • Choose the document from their gallery or take a picture.

3. These documents are then sent directly into Mobiloan.

5. Import Documents into Mobiloan

• After the client sends the documents, click Check in Mobiloan.

• The system will automatically import uploaded documents into the Client’s Document page.

✅ If files were sent, they will appear under Latest Client Documents
