How to block reply-to numbers in custom SMS's

To resolve this, a Super User can follow these steps:

  1. Go to the Setup Menu and select Configuration.

  2. In the side-bar, click on the SMS Configuration tab.

  3. Uncheck the option labeled Block Reply to Numbers in Custom Messages.

  4. Save the changes to apply the updates.
